Aims and Objectives:
Aims: 1. Ensure equal opportunities and social justice to
the scheduled caste and scheduled tribes students.
2. Provide equal opportunities in the fields of
education, economic and social security.
Objectives:
1.
To take necessary steps of measuring for
ensuring effective implementation of the policy and programmers/schemes of the
State and Central Government.
2.
To counsel and guide SC/ ST students and
help them to manage academic and personal issues of college life effectively.
3.
To ensure provisions of an environment
where all such students feel safe and secure.
4.
To provide the mechanism to redress the
grievance of SC/ST students, if any.
5.
To ensure protection and reservation as
provided in the constitution of India.
6.
To take such follow up measures to achieve
the objectives and targets laid down by the Govt. of India and the UGC.

students of minority at par with main stream.

various scholarships.

To organize
guidance sessions for the students
